I use a large sponge and a solution of warm water and TSP. You can usually purchase TSP at any grocery store or building supply store such as The Home Depot. Directions to mix the solution will be on the fund to the TSP box. Happy Painting
This is the method I use -- I spray a section of wall with Fantastic! Cleaner, then rinse it twice beside plain water-soaked towels, and then use another dry towel to get the extra moisture off the wall. I also permit the walls dry for 24 hours (or overnight) before I apply the paint.
