I Pulled A Live Switch Out Of Its Metal Box, And Touched The Poles To The Box, Shorting It Out. I've Replaced The Switch, And Reset The Breaker, But Nothing. What Else Did I Damage? How To Fix?

Have you noticed any other outlets or switches that are not working, which might be tied in next to that particular breaker?
You may have burnt the breaker itself up. If so, you will have need of to have it replaced.
If you replace it yourself, you MUST go outside and cut the power off from the principal line to the breaker box. Make darn sure that you cut ALL POWER to the house, before attempting to replace a breaker.
I suggest that you call an electrician out to replace the breaker if you are not comfortable with the replacement process.
Are there any GFI outlets on that circuit? If so, reset it if tripped.
Also, it is difficult to tell if circuit breakers are tripped sometimes.
