Use a good citrus fertilizer and ironite on your citrus trees, and water well. It have been extremely dry here in AZ for a long time and we are seeing a lot of trees suffering from drought stress because family do not water deep enough. "Filling the well" a couple of times a week is in recent times not enough for the water to get down to the root system and allow the tree the hose down required. Also, you may try deep root watering and feeding.
