You can walk, and walk some more, it is recelty released that walking is in reality better for you because running and jogging have more of an impact on the knees and ankles, and cause more wrong in the process of time.
I suggest that you start just 4 days a week for about 30 minutes respectively day, and then each week add on a day, and the length of time you walk as economically as the grade of the area that you walk. In other words up and down hill. This does wonders for me with it, I walk 1/2 mile to and from the school to drop sour and pick up my daughter 5 days a week.
