Miscarriage can happen up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. The symptoms rise and fall according to stage of pregnancy. If it is only 4-6 weeks and lady get miscarriage and she even does not know that she be pregnant. Usually miscarriage take place at 12th and 16th week of pregnancy. The symptoms can be cramps and bleeding and clot.
