I'm also having the nausea but in the afternoon,I feel more tired,sometimes near headache.What I don't understand is that in the ultrasound they couldn't find anything,but the urine tests (3 so far) shows me as pregnant contained by spite of I'm bleeding and the strangest thing is that I take Diane 35 and I'm with 7 pills moved out on the pack and even like that I have my period (20 days total, final 4d stronger)

If the hcg levels r going down, u r miscarrying. U will have to wait for results which can be frustrating. Also possible to bleed when u r preg .
