Many things can cause you to be late, and it can be perfectly mundane. Such as diet, exercise, stress. Stress can do lots of strange things to your body. If you were pregnant it probably would be a tubal pregnancy and need to be removed, because there would be no means of access to stay pregnant it would kill you and or the baby or both to stay pregnant and the tube would burst and need to be removed fast. I suggest you go see your doctor and see what he/she suggests, and maybe take a pregnancy trial. If it is a tubal pregnancy you may heed a blood test done, to get a positive answer yes or no to know for sure if you are or not. I doubt the pelvic inflammatory infection would cause you to be slowly. I think it is just stress, but you can never be too careful.
