I was 'active' in a relationship on Oct 17th-19th and had a TRUE light cycle the following weekend. I was dieting and lost 18lbs in 7 weeks but I enjoy been having these brown/red 3 day cycles every 2weeks and in a minute I'm nauseous, tender breasts and have weird flipping atmosphere near my right ovary.
