The first thing that stands out would be the feeling of a full bladder which is a definite sign of a Urinary Tract Infection however beside your other symptoms I would wonder if your kidneys infected or have you been exposed to mercury? Fibromyolga is really confusing to doctors because i can mimic so many other conditions close to lyme disease,lupis and a host of other conditions.
