Try changing your consumption habits by substituting higher calorie foods with fresh fruit and veg. Increase your exercise routine but don't tolerate yourself get hungry. Exercise does burn up the calories but remember, your body needs calories to keep working properly. Comment: Nothing more to add on that. Padraig is right. I wouldn't follow Toohumble's advice because all that exercise beside no fluid will cause you to pass out, can cause dehydration and that's death-defying.
Answer: Exercise with and without weights. Run, swim, hit a punching bag, see it, wrestle if you can find someone to do that with. Saunas are great for cutting weight too, but don't intake more fluids than you sweat out, or you might as very well just take some detox pills. Hope that helps.

I cut out all of my sodas and would drink nothing but water and green tea, I would devour special k for breakfast would have a snack bar mid morning ,eat a green salad for lunch, and for dinner I would enjoy bake any kind of meat and would fix a salad and put the meat in it, or you could of late have a regular dinner like your family but purely don't eat fried meat. And the hardest part don't eat after 7p.m. I know this will work because I lost 30lbs doing this surrounded by 3 months
