This does not mean any thing. Spotting is not a part of the period. Many ladies can have spotting at the start of the periods and towards end of the period. In between spotting, if you had a normal flow of periods for 2-7 days next no need to worry. If your periods be less than 2 days or more than 7 days then visit a doctor. Don't count spotting days surrounded by your periods. If periods come after 26-32 days gap and stay for -7 days later no need to worry, otherwise, visit a doctor.
