Answer:
Balanced diet. That's the only kind of diet recommended for everybody to have full-bodied lifestyle. Having too much or having too little is unhealthy.
Eat Breakfast!  That was other the biggest problem with my diet.  I never gave time to eat a impartial breakfast.  Drink Water between meals and try to limit snacking, especially after dinner.
Also, although you feel childish and healthy, do not consume too much sugar.

Fruits and grains in the morning,Healthy Fats and Veggies during the daytime and evening.  

Stay active, exercise regularly.  Be creative..exercise is free ya know;)
