2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
Method:
Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Beat together oil and sugar and then supply eggs. After thoroughly beating to get a smooth paste, supply sieved flour and baking powder and fold them in.
Add milk and mix some more.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for about 35-45 minutes.
