Answer:
1. Take the coconut and pierce the 3 black holes on the top.
2. Drain the water from those 3 holes.
3. Crack the middle of the coconut with a knife.
4. Remove the white of the coconut (take sour the skin)
5. Chop up the white of the coconut in quite large pieces.
6. Put 1/2 of the coconut (cut up pieces) into a blender beside 1 1/2 cups of water.
7. You leave it for approximately 30 minutes.
8. You then strain the milk through a cloth. Squeeze cloth if obligatory.
9. Then repeat the same procedure with the other half of the coconut.

The milk is really nice to drink as well as adding it to your food.
First grind the coconut along with little amount of sea;then extract the juice
