How Long Should I Pan Fry Chicken?

Answer:
It depends on whether the chicken has a bone or if its a cutlet.  Basically, both being fried, the bone chicken will take longer.  Cutlets are usually 5 -7 minutes a side on atmosphere heat.  A drumstick or breast would be about 10 - 12 min per side on medium roast.
The easiest way to tell is to take the largest piece of chicken, cut into the thickest chunk of it.  If it is the least bit pink or bloody looking, continue to cook.  Any juice that you see should be a clear colorless soft.
