I soak some wooden skewers for about an hour.  In a big bowl I mix 1 lb. Ground lamb, 1 egg, 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt and pepper, and some minced fresh oregano, parsley, and mint.  Mix well, using your hand until blended.  Divide into 4 balls and roll into sausage shaped logs.  Run skewer through each (imagine a corn dog shape).  Grill over medium coals and prevent flare-ups, turning every few minutes until done.
