I suspect it is a juice-based dressing, made with ranch seasoning instead of ranch salad dressing. I've be trying to figure it out myself. The stuff is delicious.

Answer: I was at Cracker Barrel yesterday and asked an employee about the dressing and if they have it for sale. She said that it was 1/2 pineapple juice and 1/2 cattle farm dressing. The salad will not be available after 4 July.

Answer: I asked as all right and was told that they strain the liquid into the ranch dressing. I tried this. I didn't essence the same or have the same appearance. I next looked up a similar recipe online and found that it called for mayo too.
