How Long Do I Cook My Meat Loaf?

That would depend on many factors. Are you using hamburger or ground turkey. How many pounds of meat and fillers are at hand, and lastly how are you placing it in a pan, is it a loaf pan, how glutinous is the loaf etc : I usually use ground turkey , about 1.5-2 pounds of ingredients and I place mine in a preheated 350-375 degree oven for approx. 45 min. The loaf is approx 4-5 inches gluey. Hope this helps.
