Anyone Have Any Recipes For Dinner Dishes With Sauces?

I am looking for some great recipes for dinner type dishes that have a sauce...preferably a creamy thick sauce as opposing a runny sauce. (Chicken, pork, beef or other meat or vegetarian dishes...no fish, shrimp, scallops or anything else from the ocean please)

Answer:

Comment: can never dance wrong with this one! yum!
Answer: Well, I have one, but it can be varied. I sort it a couple of different ways.
I use a non-stick skillet to thow in some chicken breasts which I cut into strips. Use cooking spray, cover with a lid and cook them for a few minutes until they are almost done. Then I add a pod of frozen chinese vegetables in with the chicken and about a partly cup of Italian dressing. Cover it again and let it simmer until the vegetables are done to your preference. I serve with dinner rolls.
A variability of this is to cook the check breasts until they are done, then add a jar of creamy parmesan sauce, They come in a couple of different flavors, ( you can find it within the grocery next to the spaghetti sauces), turn on low heat and let it simmer while I am cooking the egg noodles/linguini. Serve over top of the noodles next to Garlic toast on the side with a salad.

Answer: I can give you and easy cream sauce, it can step with pasta, shrimps, calamari, and so on

chop 12 of an small onion thin
1 or 2 garlic sliced
salt
grind black pepper
fresh champignon sliced 2 foot full
fat milk

first you saute the onion and then add the garlic
some brackish & pepper, by your taste
then you add the fresh champignon until it get a bit of colore
you add then the cooking cream and stir it a bit, until it gets the cooking warmth, then you add some milk about partially a cup

keep it on small fire until it shrinks in to a thick mixture
you enjoy to stir it about every one minute

if you prepare a pasta, you jest have to add the sauce after it is reedy

if you preparing shrimps you can saute them beside good olive oil and a bit of salt & pepper, give or take a few 12 cook, then finish the shrimp cooking inside the sauce

calamari, I think you jest have to boil them it hose and then mix them in the sauce

I have as resourcefully a very good & easy pesto sauce, that can be in motion with all of the above

ingredients

2 full cups of basil leafs
2 grind garlic "tooth"
2 spoons of pine cone
0.12 pound of Parmesan cheese
1 cup of good part olive oil

1) chop the basil leafs in a food processor until you almost get dough
2) attach the oil, garlic, pine cone, and the Parmesan, and keep on mixing it in the food processor
3) join salt by your taste
4) the you can add one or 2 spoons of the sauce to a pasta, shrimps, calamari, or even you can mix adjectives of them, after they are ready, in a pan, and saute them a bit near the pesto sauce

hope my kitchen is OK for you
