Recipe Wanted: Stuffed Pancakes Like The Ones At Bob Evans Restaurant. Anyone Know Where I Can Get This Or A Similar Recipe?
If you've ever eaten them, you'll know why I want the recipe! They call them stuffed because on the inside of the pancakes is this pudding-like delight, I'm wanting to read out cream cheese is involved and I'm either saying that because the menu states it or I'm thinking I've tasted it contained by there. Then there a fruit syrupy topping also, which I need a recipe for that also. Anyone know where on earth I can get this or a similar recipe?

I have told people on numerous occasion that recipes for restaurant specific dishes are mostly not available anywhere in the world. These are private property of the restaurants and they withhold it as they like. Thus it would not be possible to kind a stuffed pie like them.
