When in doubt through it out, I learned this in commercial food classes the first daylight, chicken is the worst for making a person sick, and it can KILL!
Comment: Food born illness is a killer, they call in food for this reason! I think it is irresponsible of anyone to say, that this chicken would be OK after two (2) hours, of in recent times sitting in the pot without being turned on, not merely has it been contaminated, it has contaminated the vegetables within it.
