What Time Should You Stop The Fluids In The Evening?

Answer:
This depends entirely on your metabolism. Your best way to find out is to plan to sit quietly (reading or watching tv) for several hours during the day, next drink some water at the beginning of that time, and drink nothing else afterward. Sit smoothly as planned, and make note of what time you drank the water. Over the subsequent several hours (yes, it can get quite tedious, but you want to know, right?), see how soon, and how habitually you need to urinate (don't hold back, just progress to the restroom, take care of business, and return to your seat). When you have no problems sitting for a rather long time without needing to urinate, you have most predictable processed out the water you drank (plus some from earlier, probably). As such, if you made note of when you closing had to use the restroom, that will tell you how long it takes you to process fluids out of your system.

Now the grounds you need to be sitting quietly, is that your 'at rest' or 'basal' metabolism is the state your body is usually going to be in during the evening while you 'wind down' from your morning. So once you know approximately how long it takes your body to process fluids out, you can estimate when to stop taking them in depending on when you want to go to bed.

Hope that help, and you have a great day!
