Anyway it looks tasty and supposedly is non-fattening too! The principal ingredients are tofu, ground cashew nuts (or cashew butter) lemon juice, brackish and some kind of sweetener; but if you go to this vegetarian website, you can find out the quantity and so on. Anyway, the website looks quite good if you've never seen it since - a very wide range.
