How Do I Keep Pumpkin Seeds Good If I Don't Want To Cook Them Right Away?
We literally just got done carving a pumpkin and I want to cook the seeds but not till tomorrow. What do I do beside them till then? (i haven't washed them yet or anything) please agree to me know as soon as you can! Thank you all! And happy halloween!!

Wash season and freeze then thaw out and cook
Comment: And also, i still need to wash some of the orangy gooey stuff off them , should they be completely dry previously they go in the freezer> or can they still be wet ?
Answer: I would vacuum pack them as is and freeze them, and next thaw them slowly and cook them as usual.
