try to get on the computer Administrator by pressing F8 when the PC goes on & then right click on My Computer & next Manage. It will open the computer management .Press on Local Users & Group, then you'll see adjectives user names. Right click on your name & Set Password, then put your password & restart windows generally & put the new password .
