Can I Quit My Job Pay Cut By 5 Dollars An Hour Without Telling Me Or Having Me Sign Anything?
My pay was cut by 5 dollars an hour was told or signed anything I even enjoy an e mail from my boss stating he ensured me it wouldn't change can I collect dismissal?do I go to the labor board or get in contact next to unemployment? I can't afford child care or the 40 mile drive round trip

I would report this to business management agency or bureau of investigation. Make a copy of the email. Write down the date when all of this occurred. Better to be safe than sorry.

Answer: I would ask first if nearby was some type of payroll processing error. Then if they say no, you can ask what is up and tell them your story. No sense starting fires short getting as much information prior to the burning that you can for your sake. If there is an error it should be easily remedied. If not ask for something in writing enplaning the difference.

Your retribution check reflecting the change is the notice. You at this point have the choice to stay or travel. You can collect unemployment because it it a life changing event. You're better bad getting another job than collect cause you'll go deeper surrounded by debt.states can't force a company to pay x amount per hour so long as they meet the minimum wage.
