Since I do not know where you are located I cannot give you a specific answer. However, you can find many NGOs within all countries and cities that would be willing to hire a person next to a master's degree in English Language.
Where you should apply would also depend on the kind of work you are of a mind and would prefer to do. As not all NGOs work for the same purpose, Different Non Governmental Organizations carry out different types of Jobs.
However the best job suitable for someone like you, that is, someone worth a master's degree surrounded by English language will either have to do something near writing or maybe translating. Many NGO's need people who hold good writing skills. Writing jobs at NGO may include Proposal writing (for example when they want to carry out a project and inevitability a proposal written for it), Report writing, New Releases, etc.
Many NGO's require a translator do. But that would again depend on what other languages you know and are how capable you are of translating from one language to another.
NGO's also require individuals with Masters in English for jobs that require communication, whether written or oral. This type of profession may include speaking in public, taking phone calls, letter writing etc.
A lot of NGO's require trainers for the English verbal communication. You can apply for that too.
A number of NGO's are working in the field of Education and are constantly on the look out for not only teacher but also language experts, which I am sure you can very well do.

Comment: I am going to finish my Master's English this coming spring (May 2009), and find myself a bit concerned about my career prospects. At present I am preparing to steal the LSAT with the intention of entering law school following my completion of the Master's program at WSU. However, I hold some reservations about pursuing that career path (I hold a lot outside pressure on me to be a lawyer) and of course I am nervous almost my performance on the entrance exam (which I will take in Oct.) because I hold very high aspirations for the schools I want to attend should I move about (or more realistically, should I be accepted). I just really want to get a better sense of what my options are formerly I either enter a three year law program and a career contained by that field or find myself standing there in spring near a higher degree and no idea what to do next to it. I am very interested in the prospect of working at an NGO...where would someone resembling me fit in to an organization like that? Is a Masters contained by English (along with a B.A. in the same field) appropriate to working contained by say PR?
I'm searching for direction...any advice will be much appreciated.
