Answer: Yes, the people on ssi will receive a check for $250.00, some time within may. They will go by the last 2 numbers of your social security number. I think 00- 22, i s may 2nd, 23-78 is may 9th. And 79- 99 is may 16th. You might want to ring up your bank. The people that get ssi will catch theirs first, if they have direct deposit.

Answer: My son is on ssi and its the 15th..no check even so. My neighbor who's husband is on ssd got theirs direct deposit the first week of May. My friends gmother got her ssd check direct deposit first week of May. My friends son gets ssi (both of our kids enjoy congenital diseases) and she has no check. It seems as if ssd is going out with direct deposit first and letters is coming late....even though it is for a child. The last two of my son's ss are 24, nothing all the same.
