I Let My Friend Borrow My Baby For The Irs Returns And He Is Now Being Audited? What Kind Of Penalty Would He Get?
So i let my friend borrow his info and he just received papers that he is being audited. I couldnt put him surrounded by because of some complications and his dad did his taxes before receiving my sons social security he be born on dec. 08. Would he get in trouble?
Plus it wasnt me it was his dad. That allowed him. I simply want to know. Cause he is scared.
