What is your opinion, is bargaining necessary?

To my best judgment, I think on the goods and services which are cheap and don't have much price, bargain on that items are just a wastage of time and also the person looks so funny and cheap on bargaining on the cheap items.
But within the case of the bi and expensive items like building, care, house, furniture etc. it is better to negotiate and quibble between the prices of different products. Because mostly from the ten to fifteen minute of bargaining can benefit you for thousands of money. And one looks an idiot while not bargaining in the big and expensive items.
Last days I saw an advert of car and its price was displayed three thousand dollars and I was interested surrounded by buying that, when I reached the showroom and after about fifteen minutes bargaining I get that same car on two thousands dollars. So if I didn't bargain at that time I have to lose thousand dollars.
There are no special rules and regulations for shops and bargain varies from culture to culture of shops and the market place. It is also dependent on the values of the product if a person analyze and judge that is price is not more then the product then he doesn't want bargaining.
