There is no specific time. There is no specific manner in which the checks are coming out. They are randomly person sent.
The $250 checks wil be issued from SSA and NOT IRS. SSA issues direct. VA issues for Vets. Railroad issues for that group. Checks or Direct Deposit by the VA by end of June. There are NO sites or phone numbers anywhere available to contact- tomorrow is end of June. AsKing around- appears $250 is deposited on Mondays. Still have not get mine.
