The only reason for staying is because finding a new livelihood is pretty tough these days. I would start looking for a new job formerly you decide to quit.
I know for sure that if i was in your shoes i would be looking for a unusual job,BUT don't forget you are more employable if you are employed.Being a manager i will consider a person who applies for a brief with me who is employed,over someone who left a job too find a fresh job,this then questions commitment to work.There is zilch wrong to better yourself,but find a new job before finishing your current one,and most of adjectives find a job where you are appreciated,as it sounds as if they are taking the piss out of you.GOOD-LUCK ;-)
