The length of time that the Debt Management Plan will stay in force
will largely depend on how much you can afford to pay on a monthly
basis. Your Debt Management Advisor will consent to you know how long the plan
is likely to last and this will depend on your creditors agreeing to
freeze the interest or charges being applied to your side. Also you
should be aware that if your circumstances change (eg. Change of
job/ income) then your plan might be affected.
