I Had A Colostomy 2yrs Ago Now Removed I Know I Have To Have A Bowel Movement Everyday But What Is The Best Thing To Eat Or Drink And Is Taking Corn Flax A Bad Thing?
Answer:
Congratulations on the removal...that is a big deal and I know you are happy to own that part of your life over. Roughage (better know as fiber) is an important factor within being regular as is fluid. I can not answer about the corn flax. Think fiber and think fluid and you should be ok within that department. I am sure you are aware that a moderate amount of exercise is also a key ingredient in a healthy digestion. Stay all right.......
Comment: Thanks for the tips- I think almost everything I eat now have fiber in it, so hopefully I should be good. And your right I wouldn't want to go through that again, Thanks again
Answer: Drink LOTS AND LOTS of hose down.....this is key. Walk, every day, and psyllium husk stirred into orange liquid once a day is a great way to get your fiber adjectives at once and it isn't gross. You can get it at any health food store. Good luck, stay well, and save happy. You went through a tough thing, and I'll bet you're tougher because of it.
Blessed Be,
