Is this serious? He had seen Vet a 2 months ago, and was given antibiotic to give somebody a lift until cleared up, recurred twice since, Now leaking urine. WHat should we do??

There is an effective treatment of leak urine that is called Incontinence. It is involuntary urination. You have to impart it phenylpropanolamine one drop per two kg for 28 days. I think it is suffering from malnutrition as well. Change its food. Give it home made food. Loose stools are also a portion of this disease when a dog suffers from Incontinence. It is better if you call a vet to get its complete medical check up.
