My Keeshond Has Dried Blood Around Her Urinary Area. What Could This Be?

I noticed when my Keeshond came in from going out, that she have what appears to be dried blood around where she urinates. When I tried to clean it up, she cries. What could this be a sign of?

Answer:
If the dried blood is outside urethra the it can be an insect bite. If she is having blood within urine then it can be urinary tract infection, infection in uterus, stones or some injuries. Check her pee if it is bloody then give somebody a lift her to Vit. The insect bite will heal up in few days.
