Yes, if mom isn't wanting to bring care of them you should see the vet to be sure it's not a health issue since a lot can budge wrong and if she has an infection or is showing early signs of milk fever (they tend to enjoy issues) she may not be feeling well enough TO whip care of them and early detection gives them adjectives a better chance since you can lose them all with something close to that. Some dogs and even some breeds just don't make good mothers for sundry reasons.
If there is a problem and you need to thieve over care they can teach you how to do so properly and what you need so that you don't engineer mistakes (improper bottle feeding can cause aspiration and then usually destruction and other care issues).
As far as the ears, that's normal (they should open soon :-) but you should capture the pups checked out if you are worried about them. If you accidentally bred dogs that are or carry merle/closely linked genes it usually results within severe birth defects like problems hearing and some really messed up eyes including none sometimes and other things. Otherwise, they will probably start to hear soon, usually right before the eyes open so once their eyes open they'll probably be capable of hear you.
Get mom in at least to be sure it's just her and not a problem and I wouldn't verbs about the hearing since that's normal still at this point. Deep breath :-). Just net sure you get at least mom checked as soon as possible and today if they can fit you in to be sure she's okay.
