The entire plant is extremely toxic and can kill a cat within an hour. The absorbtion time depends on the cats metabolism but generally if the lilly is digested and spellbound by the intestine, then the cats sentence is done.
One other problem is if you have a white cat, the pollen can stain the cats fur to a degree where on earth the cat cleaning itself has no effect, apart from poisoning it. The fur has to grow or moult out to remove the stair.
Take your cat to the vet immediately if it ate lilies. They can work next to you on the cost and maybe even give you a discount if you don't have much. Don't continue. Call the vet emergency and ask what they think and if they say to come in you should. Good luck.
