How Soon Can Kittens Be Fixed?

Answer:
Kittens are usually spayed or neutered at 5-6 months of age.  This is before the females should have their first bake cycle.  At shelters or low cost clinics they will spay or neuter kittens as early as 2-4 months of age.
Depending on the vets surrounded by your area,  some will do it as early as 9 weeks old as long as the kitten weigh at least 1Kg (2.2 pounds) and is healthy.  A lot of vets prefer to do it between 5 1/2 and 7 months, although by that time,  they may capably be on their way to having their own kittens!

Benadryl doesn't affect dogs like humans in the case of allergies. Its more of a relaxer. Its usually given when the animal will be put surrounded by stressful situations like traveling. Not something you give daily.
